In what some are calling a rogue action, Arizona is grabbing forest land from the Federal Government. But who grabbed it first? Constitutionally speaking, the Federal Government isn't supposed to own land. In fact, that job rests squarely on the States. What say you?
Perhaps Arizona is trying to set this country back on the right track by setting an example that other states can follow. If Arizona continues to demonstrate its ability to counter the Federal Government it might slow the government's self-destructive tendencies.
